Day 12 in my #31dayphotochallenge | Black & White
In day 12 of my #31dayphotochallenge I took this black and white picture of me at my drum set with my Google Pixel as usual and edited with Adobe Photoshop CC for mobile devices. Check it out here if you want a great editing software on the go: http://amzn.to/2AqG9UK. I enjoy working with black and white photos from time to time because they tell a bold story that cuts through all the clutter that color can bring and right to the heart of what is most important.
Playing music and listening to music has always been a great love of mine. I have played in a couple rock bands and have cut a couple albums back in the day but rarely do I have the chance to play that much these days. Now I mostly play on my steering wheel while I'm driving to my next shoot. So for this pictures I wanted to portray the simplicity of my practice kit along with my favorite pair of Vic Firth drumsticks by Dave Weckl. What are you most passionate about and why? Let's start a conversation below by sharing a picture that tells your story.
